1. What kind of activities do you offer?
Hiking tours are the main type of active tourism that we offer.
2. Who can participate in your tours?
Our tours are open to all adults regardless of age and to children over 8 years old.
3. How fit do I need to be to participate in hiking tours?
Some of our routes require some physical fitness but if you are used to doing any sports and feel good physically, you will not have any problems.
4. How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online: after completing the booking form the customer receives an email with the information on available places and method of payment. When the payment is recorded, the customer receives an e-mail with payment confirmation and reservation locator.

5. When can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made at any time until the day before the planned tour. However, due to the limited number of seats, it is recommended to make reservations in advance.
6. What forms of payment do you offer?
Payment for reservation can be made via bank transfer.
7. Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
When your payment is recorded, the confirmation of your reservation and a locator will be sent to your e-mail address. Confirmation of the reservation must be presented on the day of the trip.
8. Why provide a phone number when you make a booking?
Giving phone number is not obligatory, but it is recommended. It will allow us to contact you in case of any last minute changes.
9. Do tours include insurance?
Tour participants are insured, however, it is recommended that each participant also has their own insurance.
10. Is it possible to cancel a reservation?
It is possible to cancel the reservation, to do that contact us on +34 671 365 235 or via an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancelling earlier than 48 hours before the tour is free of charge and grants full refund of the payment. In case of cancelling the place on a tour within 24-48 hours before the tour, there will be refunded 50% of the payment. There shall be no refund of the payment in case of cancelling the place on a tour up to 24 hours before tour or if the tour participant fails to appear at the designated place and time.
11. Where and at what time are the customers picked up?
The customers will be picked up from their place of accommodation (hotel, apartment, bungalow). When making a reservation, please specify in the form your location on the island. Thanks to that, we will contact you within 72 hours prior to the tour by an e-mail informing you about the exact time of arrival of a bus.
12. Do you pick up the customers from their places of accommodation free of charge?
Yes, it is free in the areas listed below:
Bahia Feliz – San Augustin – Playa del Ingles – Arquinequin – Puerto Rico – Taurito – Puerto de Mogan.

13. What do I do when no bus arrives at the appointed place?
If within 10-15 minutes from set time our bus does not arrive, please, immediately contact us by phone on +34 671 365 235.
14. How do I recognise your bus?
Our bus is marked in visible places with our logo “GC Active Tour”.
15. Can the tour be cancelled due to bad weather?
If the weather conditions are very bad, another date of the same tour or a tour of alternative route on the same day will be offered to you. If there is not such possibility, you will be immediately reimbursed the whole sum without the need to fill a complaint.
16. What clothes should I bring?
Due to changing weather conditions on the island and height differences, it is recommended to bring clothes and shoes adequate for the conditions.
17. Are meals included in the tour price?
The price of the tour includes a meal during a 45-60 minute break in one of the local restaurants.
18. Can I bring my dog/cat?
We regret to inform you that you cannot take your pet with you.
19. In what language are the tours conducted?
Tours are conducted in Polish, Spanish, German and English.
